Wants you to login and send u an email to verify when I've had this app installed for a year.. how TF am I supposed to use this winch if you have no cell service. Lost the original wireless remote and they discontinued replacement remotes and this is the only steaming pile of poop I'm able to run my brand new $800 winch with??? Fire your app developer. Need a basic app to work with the Hub adapter.

WARN update, with no warning, disabled this app unless you provide an email address and verify it. How was I to do that out in the boonies with no data? It always worked until this update. Left me stranded with a disabled app in a dangerous situation where I needed to operate winch from outside. All so they can spam you with marketing emails. Called CS, told me yes they did that with version 2 and if I didn't like it I had the choice not to use the app. That is pretty lame.

When it connects and works it's pretty cool. It just never reconnects. Then I have to pull the dash apart to get to the receiver and reset it. And then it still won't connect. So, I bought the wired remote. I wasted money on the HUB device.

The app won't open, rendering my winch useless. Please do something about improving this app! App constantly crashes and won't open. What's the point of a Bluetooth controller costing $140+ if the app that goes with it is useless?

Not connecting to my android. Standing right beside it, flashing blue, my Bluetooth can see it but app cannot find it.
