New app is terrible, overload of information and images everywhere. No ability to change current plan without making contact to kiwi central. (terrible name) I tried to use chat feature to contact and just get errors, VPN or not mobile or wifi, it just doesn't work. Don't get me started on where you put the hour of power button.

The new hub is cluttered and really frustrating to find the hour of power. Too many colours, too much going on. Fortunately I seem to stay logged in more than in the previous version (unlike everyone else!). I only have power, so I'd like to remove the unused parts of the app. Also, the new icon looks like a stylised Australia and weirds me out!

Punishing user experience to stay the least. Forced to reauthenticate nearly every day. Forced rendering of a side navigation amongst many other things that don't adhere to mobile design principles (please just use jetpack and swiftui, and their guidelines, please). Forces options that don't apply like mobile or broadband navigation which just presents advertising. Sluggish rendering on a high end device. It's just easier to just use the website.

Just got the new update. Took five login attempts to get logged in. The old app used to log me out all the time but only took one attempt to get back in. Also, the new icon is so creepy! Looks like something from a horror film. I will have to hide it deep in my phone. No prompts in the new app to tell you where everything is either. Bit of an oversight.

Lovely animation of an ice cream, then it crashes. Sorry, just lost a brand new customer... Why do mobile phone companies have the worst apps? I just want a simple app that can tell me how much and what kind of mobile data I have, and some way to pay money without having to go through one of those awful phone call menus from the early 2000s.

Can we just get an app for power and that's all please? The new hub is awful and I have basically stopped using. I have to deal with the up selling of mobile and broadband which I'm never going to use. Absolute downgrade from the previous versions.

Absolutely useless. Hasn't been right since the last major update, but now it won't even sign-in. Tried deleting app data and reinstalling, and it still won't work

Comes up with a full-page add that I can't close. On OnePlus 7t pro. The x is on the top right-hand of the screen and is to able to be tapped. So I can't login..
