The app needs a phone widget option to be able to look at the family calendar at a glance the same way you can see it on the actual frame. If I'm not home in front of the frame I have to click several times to get to the calendar in the app. it also has major syncing issues. no matter how many times I try to sync it doesnt show everything. Please fix! Also, most of the features are additional money per month to use. Would not buy again and do not recommend.

Paying for the monthly subscription. Scanned and followed directions for setup, but the calendar and app do not sync with each other. I've tried sharing photos, lists, etc., but neither can see the other, so nothing saves. Settings are cumbersome and don't clearly let you see which email address(es) is/are connected to specific accounts.

I just bought the 27 inch calendar and the app worked on and off sort but now doesn't work at all. I have black icons where things should be there. I can't get into anything on the app and I was really hoping to love this but the app is garbage! For how much money I spent, this is beyond frustrating! Debating returning the calendar now because the app is so terrible.

This program, the app, and the calendar are so difficult to use! I have a family of 6, and it takes me HOURS to get chores/routines set up or changed. It is NOT efficient. There is no way to delete a profile without reassigning the tasks within it. Then each task has to be deleted individually, which takes 4-5 clicks each. The app is slow and jumpy, and glitchy. The calender device is slow to update, and sometimes the chores/routines show up twice in the profiles and deleting one deletes both.

We like the calendar feature; it works well. We've used the task feature some, and it's fine. We use list for shopping, and this feature needs some adjustments. I wish categories would organize alphabetical. It also seems like deleting an item could be easier. Pictures: would be great if we could select pictures we want to see without deleting ones we don't want on rotation right now. For example, I want to display pictures of a person on their birthday, without deleting everything else.

Love the skylight itself but the android app is a mess. It won't load anymore on my s22+ even after the most recent update. Love that we can actually use the web version now. What would be really helpful is if we could edit it chores in bulk. We can create items and assign to multiple profiles but if we want to edit an item we can only edit one item on one profile at a time. We should be able to group edit/delete.

App and Calendar worked great for a few months. There must have been a recent update, because now everything lags likes crazy and I am unable to edit calendar information or change profile assignments. When I try to edit profiles or entries, it either tells me I am not able to edit or it completely freezes and shuts down the app. IT IS SO FRUSTRATING

Love the device and the rewards system but the app is a struggle. There's no search feature in tasks so I can't see when a chore was last completed without scrolling back day-by-day. You can search the calendar but not tasks. I've been trying to sync all the Skylight tasks with Todoist just so I can easily see when they were last completed, even if they weren't done by me.
