After more than a year of using Nepal Telecom app, it's safe to say that it's become an amazing tool in managing my telecommunications needs. The convenience of checking mobile balance, managing data packs, recharging, and handling FTTH connections all in one place has made my life much easier. The app's user-friendly interface has remained consistent over time, and I haven't encountered any major issues or glitches during my usage. Overall, it's been a reliable companion for staying connected.

It's very good, but a lot of things need to be added: 1. Call history should be available for up to 1 year. 2. The phone in which the SIM is inserted should also display the phone's charge level icon in Namaste App. 3. When enabling these utilities, it's better to do it online rather than through SIM-based dialing; otherwise, what's the point of using the software?

Great app to keep track of your SIM card subscription and details related to balance and data. One feature this app is really missing is the ability to show data remaining directly on the top status bar. Make it show remaining data on the status bar using small text or something. I have seen something similar on hamropatro as they do this for showing current day. Also a cardboard on the pull down menu of the status bar would be great. Where it shows the current data remaining and balance stuff

Nepal's most worst internet speed. Despite buying monthly expensive packages, almost 90% data goes waste because of worst speed. It seems like 2G speed. Each time i have to buy ncell data package. Finally decided not to buy ntc 2G speed data pack disguised as 4G.

The app is pretty basic. Been ntc customer for pretty long (more than a decade). I would suggest for two features. 1. To view and modify fnf nos list directly on app without any other steps. 2. Option to view recharge history along with usage history without OTP (I don't get the point of OTP for usage history. Why??)

Very useful app. Not made to engage but to help. However some options that I keep choosing every month doesn't appear as favourites. I have to look for it everytime. Also internet function changes from 4G to E just like that inspite of using only 100MB in a day whereas for others it shows 4G at that very place and time! Third complaint is the internet does not work all of a sudden and I have to reset it over and over. Overall NTC is a very good service provider.
