This car service company is a FRAUD plain and simple. The app quotes a price and in the last year+ that I've used the service (almost daily) I've NEVER had an issue with the price that's quoted on the app... UNTIL tonight. The fare on the app is $32.20 and the driver proceeded to inform me that that's an inaccurate cost and that I should pay "more". I responded and said that I won't be paying more because I nor any driver has ever had an issue with the cost. And I got out.

Booked a ride and I forgotten to get my change from the driver. I immediately contacted the company. They put me on hold over and over and never came back to the phone. Still to date I have not heard anything regarding my issue with this matter. All I was trying to do is figure out how to fix the matter.

First time using this app and there is no option that say "round trip". I only downloaded this cause I heard they was good ehhhh. So I'm trying to explain and show him that it only say "add stop" he was not trying to listen but tried to act like I was arguing and disputing what he was saying.

What a problem causer. Gives me the wrong prices which causes real issues with drivers. Your dev team needs to fix this p.o.s i got into a fight cause your driver didnt aggree with the price which i would clearly show them other wise. This app is Fk'd up i dont think im gonna keep using this service

Needs lot of work, is not adding the tolls, it doesn't have a round trip option and create conflict within passangers, drivers and the company.. people doesn't read the policy..

Was working fine when downloaded but after over just a few months the app started havinga bunchof server problems. Had to delete today

Been using beebee for years. Only problem I have is cabs driver that are not from the base wana charge u more then Wat the price is on the app
