Aplikácia NoiseCapture je aplikácia určená na hodnotenie vášho zvukového prostredia . Pomocou aplikácie NoiseCapture môžete vykonať meranie hluku, ktoré vás informuje o vašom vystavení hluku. Ak je váš smartphone už kalibrovaný, teraz môžete kalibrovať ďalšie smartphony s aplikáciou, od okolitého hluku. Vyberte automatickú kalibráciu v kalibračnej ponuke mnou v režime "vysielača" pre referenčné smartphone a "prijímače" pre chytré telefóny na kalibráciu. Integrujte smartfóny a spustite kalibráciu z referenčného smartfónu. Zvyšok je automatický.

This does a good job at recording averages of background noise, but not for any specific sounds you're trying to measure, especially if they're short. My upstairs neighbor has been dancing a lot with loud footsteps, and I wanted to record it. While using this app, it registered spikes in decibels upwards of 70, but these were not saved or reflected at all in the final results, as each individual spike did not last a full second. I was also not able to view the original graph that reflected this

Is faulty. Asks for GPS all the time even though permission while in use has been given. Says no GPS even though GPS is on. Finds GPS after start noise measurement. I like this application!! congratulations. I have found that this is not simply tool but a community measuring the noise along Europe!!! Make it more visible! it could be great. I work in geomatics and the exportation to geo-json works fine. Some suggestions: Would it be possible to export the expectrogram as a raster to extract your own statistics?. Would it be possible, on the other hand, to save user-static measurements? Imagine we try to take indoor registration: the GPS is not going to work so the user stays fixed in a point for few second (a point with the mean/median value of dB per Hz is saved in a register/row), then he stops, walk to the next and repeats the operation. A unique geo.json or shp would be exported, the indoor coordinates would be added and shown in any other application, fugro viewer for example. I will continue playing.

Cute. Only it takes calibration. And that can be a pain because it requires specialized equipment. So this is not really a problem with the app, but this is something to consider if you plan on using the app. For me it is just a toy as I will probably not calibrate it.

My phone went black and would not turn back on after installing this app. Had to wait a few minutes for phone to work again. App does not work.... nothing happens when you press the record button. And map does not work.

We've been hearing a low hum for months at night that keeps us awake. This app is picking up the frequency and duration. I wish I could record a video of the spectrogram to be able to show as proof.

Worked really well for a week but now the app whirl gigs. Press the mic and I lose the app. No update available? Still not working on any device you lost another star for lack of response customer service sucks

Tried to capture a 59Hz sound with that tool. Unfortunately it would not capture sounds below 63Hz, and there is no setting to change that.
