The recent update is full of absolutely unnecessary changes that don't provide any actual benefit. The app is slower, more glitchy, and more confusing to navigate. An example being the different sections of a customer profile that load individually (each with its own personal loading animation, which causes the buttons to physically move positions on the screen when they come and go) only to have some of those sections load a second time for no reason. Revert, and go back to the drawing board.

was great in the beginning but constantly crashes, freezes and refuses to load.. My original review from two years ago still has the same complaint. Zwave adding can take all day if the controller and devices arent in agreement. The app will freeze if there is a tiny hiccup in adding devices. You guys really need to get this together, control 4, URC, and others are all better smart home integration technology by leaps and bounds...

adding a video doorbell is basically impossible on an android device. i was told to get an iphone. that is an obviously unreasonable "solution" to a problem that appears to be years long from reading the comments... also weird how there are WAY more 1 star than 3 star reviews, yet the 3 star reviews are represented on the graphic. lol. censorship does not equal progress. especially in a case like this.

When in the app as if recent if you go to the Linked Log in page a chose a site from the list of Multi Family sites the app goes to load the page and all you get is a BLANK white screen. App is up to date but still having this issue.

Can not log in as a mobile user. It states makes sure the app is installed and running the latest version... which it is. This is on a new Samsung S21 Ultra. Yet, I can log on as a user on a Samsung S20 FE. So frustrating because the S21 is my work phone.

Lot of bugs in the app. Half the time have to switch to the browser version to get mobile tech to work. Main issue I'm having is I can't click the search button anymore

the app constantly freezes when using a samsung. Cant add new devices or make new customers without the app failing. Trying to install a new wifi cam at a customers house and the app freezes when i go to install. Please Fix these problems.

Garbage. I Hate that I have to use it so much. Nothing works right. I especially love when I have to force close it because clicking links no longer does anything at all.
