like others have said this app doesn't work. It stopped working last year. After months of emails back and forward with the library and makers of the app the problem is still not resolved. The app still gives tge message "service is temporarily unavailable." No one seems to be taking responsibility for this out of date and non functioning app. All councils who use this need to change their system. if people repeatedly tell you it's not working than there's an issue!!!!

all of a sudden, this app changed to a different language, and only allows me to select a country in Europe or Canada. No idea why, and no warning. Uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that would fix it...nope. I'm very sorry for this, because it was an excellent app for me until then.

System error forever! This app used to be great to search for books, reserve, see when I needed to return items, etc. But something changed and now I can't sign into my account. No matter what I do it just says 'System error' over and over. So disappointing 😞

Every time I want to use this app I have to uninstall it and reinstall it. It has been this way for a year. The librarian says that the app gets lots of complaints, but all this time goes by and it isn't fixed. So frustrating.

Same issues as everybody else with logging in. System error. Even for password change, for anything. I can log into my library from a web browser but no longer through this app . I reinstalled, cleared cache, restarted my phone to no avail. Please fix this. Otherwise a great app.

It was working great at first on both my cellphone and tablet now it won't let me log into my library account on either device. One of which is a 2024 device so can't say it's because it's outdated. My library is the Sarnia, Ontario, Canada, Lambton County Library. I am able to access my account on their website directly but not on this app. Their developer doesn't even respond in the same language you post your review in which is also unhelpful.

Works well for me, I can see my current loans with option to extend as well as search library catalogue and request books directly within the app :) Can you make it so we can have a digital barcode through the app? That would be great, then don't need to carry library card around! *Edit: My Library is Lillington Library in Warwickshire*

Stopped working altogether a couple of weeks ago. Alert: service-response invalid is as far as I get on launching even after uninstalling and reinstalling. I'm with the Essex library service and using Honor 9.
