Login expired, and now the Sign-in button does nothing. I know it's not a connection issue; I literally hooked the Logcat from Android Studio up to make sure it wasn't outputting any sort of invisible error. Tried on multiple devices too. And I was able to sign in just fine on the website. It's like the button's onClick just got disconnected from it. This is super basic stuff; your developers and your QA need to do better. Luckily I had coins on me when I first ran into this. Imagine if not.

Need to create a password for your account(which is only tied to a phone number, which is rather stupid itself). No big deal, whatever. In spite of meeting prerequisites for password the app insists that you didn't meet the final requirement of adding a special character(!@#$%^ etc). Waste of time and space on my phone.

I can't seem to sign in. I've installed and uninstalled the app several times, and I just can't sign in. I've also tried resetting my password, and that in itself is another headache. The app seems not to work. I had to get my friend to add more time to the metter for me from her phone as for some reason, it works fine from her apple phone but not my android phone. This is supposed to make parking and paying the meter more convenient, but all it has done is make this process stressful

This app could not possibly be more frustrating. I just want to park. I don't want to find Wi-Fi, search for an app, install an app, use up space on my phone, register with an app, have my password not work, reset my password twice, set up the app, and then if I'm lucky pay for the parking. I don't want my parking habits tracked, I don't want to have to enroll my vehicles, I don't want any of this. Quarters or tap to pay are much better solutions. Totally awful experience.

Tried it for the first time today. I don't know if it worked when I scanned or not, it just went back to the map. Left there almost 2 hours ago, still no notification or anything that it is not charging us or how much the charge was. Finally decided to check the app and it says it is having difficulties and to try again.

This is one of the useless app I have used. Payments doesn't go through. They charge you $1 extra for service fee than the meter. I am completely fine with that. At least use that money to make your thing work. Sometimes thought it says payment went through it's doesn't show in active sessions. I got a parking violation ticket because of that.

Terrible user experience, unlike most apps my information can't auto-populate. Requires multiple authentication by both email and text to sign up, have to input the same personal information multiple times (once for app sign up, again for payment setup) just took significantly longer than the payment kiosk. The entire experience was a convoluted mess.

Yes I Am Paranoid

Have used this app for years. Then all of sudden email login is prohibited. Can't use my phone number since the system will not allow me to use my Spectrum phone number. System only accepts mobile numbers from AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and the major prepaid companys. Now company just got done removing all the physical pay stations. Basically if you don't have a "valid" mobile phone you can't park in the area. Thanks.
