This app straight up sucks ... keeps crashing... need to go to towbook... Everything has gone wrong since we got this app... system does not work ... no mapping for dispatch... this system doesn't talk to insurance companies correctly...can't make certain fields like vin or plate manditory...no place to put the where you are picking up cars from and dropping them ... doesn't upload pictures...decides when it will make noise to alert you that there is a call on the phone...problem after problem..

A few issues. Every time I go back to "details" the app forces me into the destination address bar. That's pretty annoying. The other issue I see here is why have two separate map buttons for pickup AND delivery, when you have to choose again after looking at the basic TOPS map? Someone needs to pay a professional to clean up the coding for this app.

Bill & Wag's Towing

(From a driver for Bill&Wags) App works adequately, however, the one function that continues to fail is the "photos" box on the main page while using an android device. Works perfectly on iPhone but keeps crashing the app with android. Also, in the brief moment that the "photos" does open, it shows old photos from weeks prior as "pending" before it crashes. The only way to resolve this is to delete the app and re-install it but even then it only works for a day or two. Then fails again.

App sucks. Always either crashes or is slow as hell. Trying to upload photos takes forever. If the call is updated, you'll never know it unless you close and reopen the call or dispatch calls and tells you refresh the call....what's the point? Not worth the money. Just dispatch by text message. Takes a little longer but it's free and won't crash

Run from this app and platform as fast as you can!!!!! Constantly crashes on the android side. Everytime (which is often) it updates it takes someone with a degree from MIT to get it working correctly again. If you rely on pictures to protect you on a impound or recovery THIS IS NOT THE APP FOR YOU!!

Probably one of the worst apps on the play store. It takes forever to load and sometimes it won't load at all and its a rare occasion that I only need to put the vehicle info in once because the app is just so terrible that it never saves the vehicle info. The way to fix this is to have all info saved to the phone or tablet as you go and then upload to the cloud once the saved button is hit. But this needs to be fixed. Its pretty ridiculous that a paid service is this terrible.

The app could be worse but definitely agree with the other commenters. The biggest issues our company deals with is failed photo uploads which is one of the most important part of the job. We deal with the app crashing from time to time but seems to be doable but the biggest downfall is the photo failure.
