6/21/24 Update: App has been fixed. I can now see show times and reserve and purchase tickets. 5/2024 Disappointing App update. I have discovered that I am no longer able to view showtimes and purchase tickets through the app. Why would they remove this feature? It seems that the only useful feature left is the ability to view the menu.

The main addition I'd like to see is some sort of integration with Google Pay or the fingerprint reader so I don't have to pull out a credit card to make a purchase every time. As is, I've found it's actually quicker to purchase tickets on the website via a browser. The other things I'd love to see are the ability to place food and drink orders directly from the app, again with the ability to pay directly. Also, if there are food or drink specials for the movie, display them more prominently.

I only installed this app bc Star Cinema Grill's auto email for tickets doesn't include the QR code due to an image error. Weak sauce automation. Do better developers.

A Google user

The app is good , but would be better if there was a fingerprint reader to sign in. I would also like to see where you could enter your gift card or promo card info and it holds it for future use. Sometime you don't have those cards with you when you decide spur of the moment to see a movie. Just a couple of my pet peeves ; other than that very good.

Terrible app. Can't get logged in, can't reset password from the app. Have to get a new pw sent to my email, which is terribly long and complicated but doesn't have the option to change it. Just go to the web page instead of wasting your time with this.

Very poor. Before covid we regularly went to star cinema for every new movie that came out. Our average tab was around 100$ for the both of us. We recently saw that star cinema was reopened. To support them, we decided to go watch jurassic park (a movie weve seen countless times). When we got there we were forced to download an app and told that they could not sell us tickets at the counter. The app charges another 4$ for the movie. This left a bad taste in our mouths, we will not be returning.

What's the point?! You can't order let alone pay. You can't even let anyone know you are there and need service even though when you tap "in movie service" it highlights that a server will be there soon. Plus, when we pushed the button for the server to come, she had no idea how the app worked. Seriously?

This app only functions for the purpose of buying movie tickets, when that function is working. There is no Rewzrds program, and you cannot order from the food menu. The app is pretty limited compared to apps from AMC, Fandango or Regal.
