Android user. Worked really well over last 2 years except with recent updates. Since last 2 months, no Dictations are uploading even with good wifi. Even that is inconsistent. More crashes. Had no issues uploading on my cellular network before. App is slower to use now and less responsive.

Incredibly annoying that it seems to stop uploading dictations after even only a few minutes, and I have to re-log in. I notice that Android users seem to have this problem. I am using a new phone, with secure & stable internet connection, and was logged on to the (fully updated) app the whole time, and it still failed to upload every second dictation without needing to re-log in. Wish this could be fixed ASAP. Otherwise it's not too bad.

Very poor since recent update. Slow, logs out automatically at times. When you are typing in a number in the UR field it defaults back to the normal alphabet part of the keyboard after a few clicks which is very frustrating. No issues prior to update.

Very slow to log on and load list after completing a dictation. Update 1/29/24: Got new phone and App got updated. Big mistake... Terrible performance, very slow. They couldn't fix it in a whole year?

I have recently switched from an iPhone to an android and I will say that this app was much better on the iPhone. I have had too many issues with it on my android. It is very frustrating. Editing is so incredibly difficult on the android that I have just given up and have to do all my editing on my laptop.

After the new update, any dictations not submitted are completely erased.

Crashes at least once per dictation session, am trying reinstall. Wish I didn't have to use it. Edited Feb 23 Since last update audio is unintelligible and app is therefore unusable.

Cannot use this software-crashes badly. Plus didn't record my dictations- had to go back and use fixed line phone to dictate. Please improve compatibility with Android devices. If not we can't use this software!
