Using this app our start technician helper person was able to diagnose modem connection issues latency issues and went above and beyond to not just say that their network was working but to make sure that everything was looking okay in our house and that we are having the best experience.

I love it so far haven't got my home phone as of yet so I am waiting for that still. But so far so good with the TV and Internet and love the speed downloads a movie in seconds to minutes.

App is very useful when troubleshooting connectivity issues with Start's Tech Support. Anyone on Start.ca internet should install/use this!
