Processing fails all the time. I paid for the subcription, wrote the many emails to the "bug report" . The service was renewed automatically even thought it is not working. I wrote them to get a refund of the second month I paid. No answer. Such a pity, it was a nice app whenever it works! But it doesn't at the moment for me unfortunatelly.

This app produces very nice models, but there are a lot of bad things that come with it. 1. You only have under 20 free captures 2. The subscription costs almost 90€/year 3. Either I am dumb or I can't upload my captures to explore page so others can see them 4. This last point is the most important I think: The Devs don't care about Android at all or hate it. For example, theiOS version has plenty more features, but also in the FAQ there is only things for iPhones. Overall, don't recommend it:(

Good results, but when I made a subscription to pro-user, I was not recognized due to not being logged in. Therefore, I am paying for pro subscription without being able to use it.... Really annoying bug. I tried contacting polycam over the chat system integratet in there website but till now, there has been no response. Otherwise 5 star review. After contacting support, a refund was offered, which I received instantly.

Way too much frustration. App can't even track an upload and get it to finish. I've tried 10 to 15 times. I've tried taking the images and directly uploading them through the web browser and even that stops uploading. Never got much more than 52% uploaded. Large uploads with multiple files should easily be able to be kept track of and finish behind the scenes regardless of disconnects or your server issues. Everyone does this! Don't waste your time!

this app is cool, but it looks and functions completely differently on android as it does on an apple device which is very irritating. I've gotten one good scan but every one since then have not been great, and i could really benefit from the extra functions provided to apple users. I don't know why the app can't just work the same on both phones?

Personally, I'm blown away by the fact that this app allows the creation of so many 3D rendered scenes, people, objects, etc....for free. performing simple tasks allows you to save additional free 3D Models. There are no ads while using the program and the models are incredible (especially since no dimensions have to be given and no points of reference are required. The rendering is done on a remote cloud server and then sent back to you, Awesome app!

.would love to rate this but unless you pay out to go pro or do free trial offer ( giving payment details) you dont get any idea of the quality of the scan or app. Im not committing myself to an app without trying it fully first..even one free 3d scan would be a start! I know well from other free trials etc that signing up for trial ends up either a subscription being taken out of your bank earlier than agreed ( another well known app) and an argument to get it back or you forget.

all though it does the best rendering i have seen so far, it is not worth 200 a year. i can buy a hand held unit with its software for little more, and never pay again.... i can buy a nice unit for a few years of this app and never pay more. $50 life time, maybe... 200 per year... no way.
