Played 1st on Steam years ago and came back. Really great game. PvP is optional and you are not limited by anything. You can play as much as you want and progress that way. No need to pay and the game itself will only ask you to complete and conquered the map if you want to be able to beat high end over. So yea. I never felt compelled to pay.

Game is trash for the phone. Eveything is locked, even another kingdom is locked. They want you to beat the 1st one with garbage cards. Definitely not worth my time. I will stick to the ps5 version. That one is much better set up. If you have a issue cz the team you're fighting is to tough you can unlock another kingdom and level up further and get different cards. Not on this joke of a game.

Fantastic game, fantastic graphics, but i dont know how to play the game, i cant understand the immense bits n bobs i have no clue how to boost characters, almost impossible trials. Ive spent over £5 on game stuff only for it to become impossible. Im on level 28...... get rid of all the added things that do nothing. Please.

I'm loving the art, game play and story. However they are extremely stingy on mats to level up your teams to keep up with the enemies. Since I'm FTP I'm not going to knock them for monetizing their game, but I do hope I can find a way to at least continue the game without having to grind a couple of months to beat the next mission...

The most annoying aspect to Gems of War, in my opinion, is the fact that there is no option within the game to update it. I must open Play Store every time, search for the game, and then finally update the game. FIX THIS!!! Every other game on Earth seems to be able to accomplish that.

I picked this up as something to mindlessly play while hanging with the fam. And, it was fine for a bit. Less than 10 hours into playing the game I was hit with the premium wall. I couldn't progress without paying a buttload of real money. It sucked. I uninstalled. I hate that games have come to this. They're all whale farms. And I won't be skinner boxed into paying to progress. Frankly, predatory gaming like this should be illegal.

Opponents get lucky each time they match gems than I do. If they match three green gems, the next gems that drop can be 4 green gems matched to fill their mana before I get to. Same thing with skulls. The opponents should not have this advantage over players in this game. The opponents get lucky with each match they do. Whether if they match whatever color gems or skulls, the game drops down more gems or skulls that automatically matches do more damage or fills up their mana.
