I just logged in after 3 or 4 years of not checking it and found out that someone has accessed my account and tampered with the information!! They even changed MY NAME to something derogatory!! I'm pretty sure I know who's behind it. There's a pretty narrow list of suspects. But I sure hope that they can track down who did it and how they hacked my account! This is a serious data breach! Plus their high price for membership is discriminatory since minorities would have a hard time affording it!

This is a good app for a family tree, it has a lot of features like DNA packs, and the option of sharing it with family members; However, it has a lot of errors, and the lack of a unique ID makes it impossible to create a Consanguineous marriage which was very common in the past. Plus it's impossible to unify two big family trees, you'll just have to add every single one of them because you can't connect them, I have now 1,584, and even if I keep adding, it'd just keep increasing forever.

This app is OK. Basically it's a pointless exercise trying to do something as deep and involved as family history research on a phone app. This works fine for making spot checks when doing field work, and for showing to others when asking questions, but we shouldn't expect it to do what the website and desktop software can do.

Appalling App. The worst app I use and you have to pay for it! I am locked out of my account now for over 24 hours for no reason, claiming an issue with my IP address, which is rubbish. I only ever use my mobile phone to access the site. It seems odd, since I gave negative feedback, I have experienced problems! Definitely will not be renewing my subscription. 2/10/24 It's happened again without any reason, locked out of my account for no reason.

Won't allow me to access any of the premium features, which I have a subscription to on the website version. Does not recognize that I have a subscription. Update to developer: no, obviously not. I would not be responding here if that service responded to or fixed the problem. The app does not work, and I'll not be renewing the service. Better to use a more reliable service, such as one that works.

What ever updates have been done recently have made the app almost unusable. It's as if you think no one uses their phone to add people to the tree. Constantly buggy, having to refresh repeatedly to reflect changes. Adding in a set of children to a family and they end up with multiple parents and marked as half siblings when they are not. If you're not bothered making the app usable any more for edits, just call it quits and make it read only

hard to navigate. can't update my family website despite what the FAQ page says. I can't edit my birthdate. I found info on my grandmother, but for some reason I'm unable to review, confirm, and add the documents to my tree. I paid for this app for a year and am very frustrated.

A good program, but there are problems with placement, if I have a large family and want to see everything at the same time, it becomes impossible because I only see the "main branches" and to see the others (For example, my grandfather's brother )I need open another tree in which no other family is visible (if I open mom's family then dad's family is not visible) I just want to see everyone, I understand that it will take up space, but it's better for me that way (Like in app Myfamilytree)
