The app is super easy to use. I've been doing it for almost a month now and I can feel a difference! After having 3 kids, I can say that it has helped me to not pee every time I cough (sorry if that's too much information but it's reality!) And my husband is definitely a fan as well! The only thing I would say is that the easy workout was just too easy, is definitely recommend starting with medium or even going straight to the difficult setting.

So easy couldn't help but keep playing like an interactive game. With technology's evergrowing pace, i always feel pressured for time and as if time is moving exponentially fast when really its not. That being said, this app gives my body another outlet to resort to when my mind needs to meditate and still feel useful.

Seems pretty solid kegel app. It's kinda easy for me do I started on day 5. If like it to work in the background and make it easier to do it more than once in a row. Not sure if that those are premium features. They aren't listed on the description. If I love it I'll give it another start.

Been using this for few days now. So far i really liked it. It's fun and it helps me keep track of the time and let me focus on the workout only. Haven't tried the 30 days challenge yet, might consider that later on. Plus I actually have level 1 uterine prolapse and this actually did helps.

So far so good. Easy to navigate, I enjoy the voice and beep prompts, along with the timer. It has a calender so you can keep track of when you're doing it. I intend to change to 5 stars once I feel it has made a difference. Thank you developer's 😊

Just did my first workout. Can't complain of anything. Very simple design. But not hard to figure out. Could use a little more of a modern touch in the design department. But so far great praise for being easy and practical for the newcomer:)

This app helps me stay on track with exercises that I had already learned through physical therapy for diastis recti and bladder prolapse following childbirth. It is easy to follow and I am much more consistent with my exercises now.

Just started and seems easy and I could move up a couple of levels immediately I also have kegel balls that make it even more intense and you know you're doing it right by trying to pull the ball out the balls come with a pull tye so you can test how your muscles are getting stronger. I'm 68 years old and been doing kegel exercises for a while and I have complete control of my muscles so no accidents of not being able to hold my urine and having leaks which can be embarrassing.
