This app is nice and works well. However, for some reason, they made it way more difficult to collect your rewards - the old app could be scanned when you ordered in store, and you'd get your rewards right away. Now you need to ask for the receipt (which usually I forget) and then scan the receipt in order to get your points. Please bring this scan function back.

The original app was pretty good, just some issues with gift cards, & oftentimes the app itself wouldn't work. But now with this new app "powered by Thanks" it's buggy & terrible! The app would not recognize who I was & when I finally did get logged in by trying to place an order, my saved gift cards aren't showing up. I really don't want to miss out on that money! Also, they launched a promo offer today but there's no field at check out for promo code. Cannot recommend until they fix the bugs!

When signing up it said you get a free entree but it's really just in points that you can't use without purchasing $86 of food! I can't seem to unsubscribe from their emails, no matter what I do. I've explicitly told them I don't want emails. Whatever you do don't scan the receipt for points, try to remember to scan at the register. I scanned the receipt right after I ordered and usually my points show up shortly after but it's been 7 days and they have not shown up. Edit: points never showed up

I have used this app to order from VG in the past several months, & I have had very little to no issues compared to previous experiences which were negative. The only issue I have is with adding notes to order, & how certain rewards & promotions are redeemed which I have passed on because of the inconvenience. However, this is a major improvement, & I appreciate when app developers make necessary improvements based on end user experiences. Thank you!

Can't track gift card balance with accuracy. Store employees confirmed, but here's an example: I opened the app, and it showed a balance in excess of $30. I used the add card feature to add the balance of an existing physical gift card. Supposedly, $100 was added, per the app. When I refreshed the balance, I was still shown the $30. Can I dispose of the physical card? Who knows?!!! Purchases at the restaurant fail to be reflected in the app's reported balance. No clue if I've been double-billed

This app is by far one of the easiest and most navigatable restaurant apps I have ever used! There is no guesswork in it, and it actually feels good to use it because it's user friendly! And not to discount that THIS is one of the BEST vegan places I have ever eaten at! There are so many options, from bowls, to vegan fish tacos, to wings, desserts, Ruben sandwiches, burgers and more! And everything tastes just like their meat counterparts. LOVE IT!

Good app, but my sign up reward of $5 was taken away (expired) after a few days of installing the app. I had no idea there was an expiration date. When I got the expiration warning notification from the app and then openned the app, it was no longer there. Customer support never responded. If customer support ever responds, I'll change my reveiw to more stars.

Veggie Grill is one of my favorite and most reliable vegan restaurants. I love that they consistently update their menu, often adding new items each season, or even more frequently. I'm fortunate to have one in my neighborhood, and I've accumulated quite a few reward points!
