Great claw machines that surprisingly I have one first or second attempts multiple times. The only hard machines are the ones for the bigger prizes. Shipments were fast and easy. My main complaint is you have to buy access to unlock all games and prize shipments and for me I had to contact support as the app didn't recognize my payment. For some reasons says not responding despite working so I have always force quit it once. The free token offers also seem to not work as they are never there.

I stopped playing for a while I just came back to it and whenever I try to register my phone number the keyboard just disappears. I'm raising from 2-3 because the app when using the claw machines works fine it's just when it comes to using the keyboard that there is trouble. Whenever I need to type in something I just go to the website. Also for filing a dispute for when a win is not registered its easier in the website than app.

I really enjoyed playing but cannot enter my address for shipping. Every time I click a field, it opens and immediately closes the keyboard, refusing to let me enter anything at all. I've won multiple prizes but can't do anything with them. Will adjust rating if this can be fixed.

8/10:Great game at first, having technical issues with the games and with collecting my daily bonus. Problems started when I wanted to collect yesterdays bonus. Will gladly change rating once this is fixed. Will not continue purchasing until this issue is solved. I can't even contact customer support it's not allowing me to. 9/04 update: still haven't fixed the issue and was lied to by customer service. Not one person has reached out

Could be a good app only if the damn thing would let me update my address. I keep trying to input my address but it won't accept it, and it keeps making my keyboard disappear with each section of the address. Can't do anything so im.gonna uninstall it. Sad because I can see the potential in this app.

This app used to be so good. Now its very inconsistent. Things can get very laggy & glitchy, so be careful. The games are fine, but things can get a bit pricey. It would also be great if you could use the online coupon codes in the app. Things could be better, but overall the app is just ok. The team reached out to help & resolve some previous issues. I appreciated the customer service.

Absolutely hell no. I won one of the claw machines multiple times (10 times in total) and it kept saying I lost. I submitted 10 disputes and they did not even so much as refund my tokens, but marked it as resolved. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. This is so disappointing because this concept is so cool but if this is how they resolve issues( I'm sure they have video of each attempt and if they were to watch it, they'd see that I won.) I would edit this review if they gave me proper attention.

Fun but occasionally frustrating. This is the fairest claw game I have found online. It does not seem to be rigged to drop prizes just before reaching the chute. Sometimes the cameras are a little off and it takes a couple of tries to figure them out. That can get expensive. They are fair and resolve issues quickly. Never any guarantees even when the grab seems perfect and you do have to be careful about cost. They offer good deals and free coins often though. Lots of fun.
