I could not even create an account. The app forces you to get your identity verified through plaid. It failed at the first attempt and I could not get support to respond to help me even demo the app. There is no support number and all they do is have a ticket system that they never respond to. Also tried contacting plaid, but their system is just as bad. Not a good first impression for an institution that wants to manage our kid's money.

We have used the app for a few months. Everything was going ok, but over the past month we have not been able to do anything. We have contacted customer support multiple times and now we are just trying to get our kids money out. That has been a nightmare. Don't use this app.

I tried it for two months. The promised update gave much needed function but took away the educational games. This program should be considered beta. $27/mo cannot be justified for how little is provided as a beta program. There are equal programs out there for over $20 less per month. I did learn a few things that can apply to my family. It might be worth a free month trial for anyone interested.

We are excited to get started but I can not get past the creation of the account. I have tried deleting and reinstalling. i have hard reset my phone. but it continues to force shutdown when I'm creating an account for kids. we want to get the bank account set up but can't get past that screen.

Love the concept but can't do anything. Finally got to where I can log in but can't fun account. Have tried multiple times to link accounts but keeps having errors. I do hope they can work out the bugs and get it working correctly.

I like the concept. However, when setting up an account It tells me the password is incorrect on the account I just created. I tried resetting the password but it still says it's incorrect. It definitely needs some work.

Cannot get it to work. I get an identity Initialization error failed message. I cannot advance past this message. Their proposed solution requires editing my information but the app just signs into this page so... uninstall I guess ☹️
