This App was great and now the timer feature doesn't function anymore. please fix the App ! After posting ,within an hour, I received an email about my problem with the app .I sent my log file to help with troubleshooting the problem and all was fixed shortly after that .I've never experienced service like that .5 Stars !

Horrible app. Android user. Used to work great and then with the last update just stopped working. Open the app and see the menu but when trying to select ANY of the menu items, it doesn't work. Unable to open anything, like it's dead, like it's just a picture on my screen. Don't buy these plugs because without the app they are useless.

I have never reviewed an app before but got really frustrated with this one. This App is not working at all on Android and intermittently works on on IOS. On Android gets stuck on looking for router and never recovers. Cannot click the plus icon or anything at all. I use it for the lights iny backyard and front and if I do not have my iphone then I have to go to the transformer to manually turn on/off the lights and if I do have my iphone then there is still no guarantee if the app will work.

Eco-xxxx does not appear even with reseting the system (via pin pressing the reset button). I cannot see the system unless I change my network back to a compromised network username and password. Update: I unplugged the timer (no electrical power). I pressed in the reset button (and kept it pressed) and reconnect electrical power then the unit's hotspot started broadcasting again.

I have never reviewed an app before but in this case I feel I have to. This is possibly the worst and most difficult app I have ever experienced. Whenever I get a heavy rain and my GFCI trips, turning off my ECO-controlled landscape lights, I break out in a cold sweat knowing that I am going to have to deal with getting the app working again. The instructions in the app do not match what I see on my phone, which is basically nothing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but to no avail.

I very rarely review apps but I have to say they deserve this review. I contacted Tech Support months ago about 2 different issues. One of them being how the app didn't fill the screen all the way on my S8+ Well this week they updated the app to fix that issue AND took the time to email me and tell me about it. That was above and beyond what I expected! Keep up the great work!

App itself isn't great, but I can manage to get it to work. The problem is the plugs themselves and their data consumption - I have three plugs, and last month the wifi usage for each of them was over 100GB. What? What data are these plugs sending, and to where? It's suspicious and disconcerting. Two thumbs down. Update: as per request below, I have sent the log. I have also included a screenshot of my home router information with the data usage of these items

This app worked absolutely great and it still works great but you can no longer add Eco plugs to it. To do that you have to connect to the Eco plugs Wi-Fi network with your phone and then you can tell it about its credentials for your Wi-Fi network after that it works great but it will not proceed any longer. I suspect this is an Android 11 problem. It's working great on Android 11 but only for plugs that were installed long ago to install a new plug it doesn't work.
