A Google user

I loved the app in the 5 minutes I used it. I However, if you log out expecting an easy log in, you're out of luck. You have to "register" again, have the code sent to the email and then.... nothing. It just stays in a continuous loop attempting to verify the code and you can't use the app anymore. So when you download it, DO NOT LOG OUT or you'll never access it again.

I had this downloaded and it was working fine. I had to remove it and add again due to some phone issues and now I cant get it to register me properly. I enter the code they send to validate and it has a little circle in the middle of a white screen that just never goes away. A couple of times it cancels out with an error. Weeks later still the same problem

Wish I Could give 0 stars. Not sure about the app, but their customer service is TERRIBLE! I went on their website to check if my computer would work for the test and it checked out ok, but then on test day it didn't work as an unsupported device. Bummer, but what was really inexcusable is that they still charged me for the test! Called the manager to see if I could a refund but didn't get a call back, so I called again, only to not get contacted again. Called a 3rd time only to be denied!

Not sure who's working on this app but they've given up, I logged out and had to reregister to get back in because there is no login. Also I've attempted 4 times to use the code sent to me but the app just spins, maybe I'll download it again when it becomes an actual useful app. By the way I gave it two stars because the idea was good.

I was accidentally logged out of the app. Was not having any luck and after reading the reviews I was feeling hopeless. But after a few days, I was working with Mike in Customer Service, he was able to get me logged back in! I cannot sing his praises enough. He saved my sanity in keeping track of my licenses! Thank you Mike!!!

I like others I signed out Impossible to sign back in. The app has been updated. It returns to my life as a great resource to check to see if an appointment or license has been completed Our company operates in over 30 states so i need to know when its clear to work on or contact clients in a particular state.

Great app, registered easily, a lot easier to me than the actual website. Navigation tools are also on point, able to view when all my licenses would expire (for all states) within seconds of logging in. Great Job!

If you register the first time is cool! But if you log out then you will never log in again and only will be waiting an spinning process that never let you get in. Nipr techs please fix this issue that is under complain in a lot of reviews the last years.
