التطبيق الرسمي للمستهلكين من قبل حكومة ولاية ماهاراشترا. يتيح التطبيق للمستهلك الاستفادة من ميزة شحن السيارة الكهربائية في متناول يده.الوظائف المتوفرة في تطبيق الهاتف
1. عرض محطات شحن المركبات الكهربائية على الخريطة.
2. إضافة مركبة كهربائية.
3. توفير الشحن الكهربائي لمحطات المركبات الكهربائية المدمجة.
4. خيارات الدفع المختلفة مثل
أ. شبكة الصيرفة
ب- بطاقة الخصم
ج- بطاقة الائتمان
د- البطاقات النقدية
5.التاريخ: عرض محفوظات الشحن وسجل المدفوعات
6. تسجيل ومتابعة الشكوى: تسجيل وتتبع الشاحن والشكاوى المتعلقة بالدفع
7- تسجيل المستهلك: تطبيق يعتمد على رقم الهاتف المحمول. المصادقة القائمة على OTP.

Please don't download the app, the price might seem very attractive to you but the application doesn't work at all. It's crashes 9/10 times. I have already lost Rs. 500. Customer service is messed up 🤬 they don't even respond.

This is chutiya app . Most of the time otp is not coming on time ,app is maintainance phase , contact person is not picking up the call.

Worst Server and App .......When you don't have budget to build the app and provide good server then why you do such one ... 😡

1) Rates per Unit are the Lowest so very happy with that. 2) Charging Hardware is also good. 3) Only problem is the App. If it is updated and looked after; i think MSEDCL will beat all other Charging Stations. The app doesn't even go past the intro screen with the Power Up Logo. Laggy most of the time. It took 15-20 min for me to get registered thr first time. But it was good when it worked one time. I wonder if its DELIBERATE that this app doesn't work for other chargers to make profits...

Their database is messed up. They don't provide transaction history. I added to walet, and it did show up, but never got added to total credits. There is no support to contact. No one responded to emails. I am in loss of Rs. 600 thus far. Update: The problem got corrected after complaining on CM portal. But they still don't seem to formally handle complaints.

We are the frequent user of the Powerup msedcl app. We use this for charging our vehicle. But many time we have observed multiple bugs such as, it doesn't find the charger, payment does not gets added and very pathetic response. It's hard to use sometime. If there is network available on still phone but app says network failure. Please try to solve the issue to give the customer a good usage. Initiative by MSEDCL is good but is unable to use due to this type of pathetic usage.
