After so many attempts to connect the massagers, I found the trick is to disable your phone's cellular connection first and go through the setup. It will fail at the first stage that trying to connect to the same WIFI as your phone but it will pass on the manual setup. Stupid as hell but that's how I got it working.

App Works when it feels like it wants to.. sometimes connection very stable.. has like 70% chance possibility to connect.. random connection offline issues.. app development team seems need to improve to handle these situations or dev managers + ops team need to throughly test app and product sync before simply approving live coding.. Excellent product (that's why i rate 4*) *Special request please add more harmonysync programs in the app so that its more worth it in 2024! Thanks Osim!

Complicated and unintuitive setup process. Got it to connect to my massager. Worked for 15 minutes, then says product is offline and won't not connect. No clear way to remove the pruduct added to my app so I can try the setup process over. Uninstalled. It's faster just to use the buttons on the actual product.

Updated as of 20 March 2023 Bought on 1 st December 2022 Been highlighting to them same issue, the Usqueeze 2 unable to connect. Sent over to "repair" twice, problem still unsolve. I'm still unable to use it. Ask me send to nearest shop ONCE AGAIN. OMG. Cant connect despite mutiple attempt. Shud have an option for non-wifi. Waste of time and money. Total disappointment

Through the apps I can link both device together and control through the apps rather than only using remote control. When I link both the back and leg massager in to the apps I can enjoy the auto massage programn just like the massage chair😀

0 stars if possible. App doesn't work. Requests location permission and does nothing after. It just stay in the permission page even after allowing permissions. Tried on several devices already.

QR code is unable to scan. Trying to connect the device to my mobile phone. Wifi connected but when asked to scan the QR code. Keep showing connection problem!!? Try to scan other QR code then able to recognise it is a wrong QR...What the hell!!?

Lousy product. Can't connect with wifi. Don't bother to include this function with your product. Try getting your sales for help and they said is helpless too.
