Even though I chose "ASAP" for delivery, the app chose a specific time all by itself, then decided it couldn't achieve the target and nixed the order. Also, the Reward doesn't work, throwing an error message every time. Looks like a different restaurant will be getting my business tonight.

So many bugs...sometimes crashes, sometimes loads with none of my recent orders or favorites. Always forces a 15% tip on a pickup order. You can click 'other amount' and enter your own and it will still apply a 15% tip on the checkout screen. There's no place to enter a note or a special request. Modifications on certain items don't work correctly. For example, I cannot order chicken lo mein without clicking "extra chicken" for an additional charge. I just call the restaurant now and order.

App is full of shortcomings. You cannot edit your contact or account info in the app. You have to log into their website to make the changes. However, my login credentials that work in the app, will not work on their website, so I am unable to login. I have reached out to their customer support, and they were not able to help. Second, using the Chang's Cash is not possible. When attempting to use the reward, the app keeps throwing an error message saying the reward is not valid.

Unusable due to simple bugs. When you try to order, a toast pops up saying "the sum of your payment methods must equal the order total". But the app is calculating the total, not me! All I've done is enter a single, simple credit card! I have not tried to do anything fancy here like split into multiple payment methods! I just want to order. Ridiculous. This error seems to be because it is stupidly calculating subtotal with tax and another total without tax. I don't care: just want to order food

I tried to place an order via the app for pickup, but it kept telling me that my card was declined, even though it wasn't. I thought I typed my card number wrong, so I tried to place an order again. It charged my card three times. I had a go pay at the restaurant directly. You really need to fix the app because you really can't just take people's money. That made me frustrated.

My biggest frustration with this app is the credit card and check out ux. Often I get a billing error or zip code mismatch, but I can't edit the card and I have to delete the card to put in a new one. But I can't delete the old incorrect card from the checkout experience. It's always a struggle to try and pay and I'm not sure why this checkout experience fail so often compared to other restaurant apps.

This is crazy. The app works when it wants. Then you're forced to give a tip. Automated at 15% if you don't check you'd miss it. I'm ordering pickup and I'm forced to apply a tip because you can't put $0.00. Now when I've picked up my food the last 2 times I've given $20 tips because the guys were hussling. Now I'm only buying 1 item so a $20 tip for pick-up is because I want to and appreciate the service I'm receiving. What I won't be is forced to give up my money. They've fixed it now.

My family's "favorite cove!!" However, I don't see the REWARD link in the updated app!!
