the people there are super nice and trustworthy. as a person with braces, this app makes having these 10 times better. it cleared my mind out the pain and is creating me good habits 😌

The contest portion, which is my daughter's favorite, stopped working right. It splits the screen, half is dark and the other says turn your phone to landscape, which even if you are doing doesn't go away. And you can't click on anything or swipe to make it go away This is new in past few months, suggest you look into fixing this.

The contest format is not properly supported for android. The bottom of the screen where you submit your answer is cut off, not allowing contestants to complete the contest. I have deleted and re-installed, as suggested, and it STILL isn't formatted properly. Poor app development.

Very few things will even load. Most of the time, it will bump me back to the previous page, or I get nonstop "network error." It is not my internet or my new phone. No matter how much I restart things on my end, it barely works at all. I don't feel its worth the headache to maybe get a couple bucks off my already massive treatment bill.

To play in the competitions you have to turn your phone sideways. Half the time it doesn't register and the other half it splits the screen in two so I can't even read the entire question. I can't even get the games to work anymore. Which is extremely frustrating.

My daughter likes to play the games to earn points, and gets excited to earn points by going to her appointments, but there is no shopping cart icon or any other way to redeem them in the app (Android user)! This has been a big disappointment.

This used to be a great app, but for several months, the contests don't load properly and if you do make it to the landscape mode, it either resets or nothing happens. It's a shame because my kids enjoyed it prior to these issues and now they can't earn extra points.
