I've been recently going through drama school and conservatoire auditions and getting intensely nervous to the point where I couldn't eat or sleep well and would feel a constant nausea. I downloaded this app and have been using the rest meditations as well as the ones for anxiety and centering and found them to be so helpful! not only has it helped me with auditions, it has also helped me acheive a closer connection and understanding of my relationship with God! I would 100% recommend!

I love love from rest! I find it particularly useful in queiting my mind down to go to sleep. It is great to have a meditation app where the focus is Jesus and connecting with him. The choice of voice, background music, theme and balance of sounds make it nice and customisable to what you want as well.

I am loving this app! The meditations are varied in time lengths and in focus. They even have some with minimal guidance. I love the mention of the scripture verse and the guided sessions. I was meditating on my own until a friend mentioned this app. I'm so glad she did.

This is an amazing app for meditation. The combination of inspirational words, Bible verses and the background tunes makes it very enjoyable and soothing. I listen to it before I go to bed and makes me relax and gives me an inner peace of mind.

A restful and calming app that at the same time edifies you in your walk with God and intimacy with Him. Isaiah 30:15a NKJV For thus says the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel: “In returning and rest you shall be saved; In quietness and confidence shall be your strength.” Well explained, easy to use and sensitively produced. Adaptable to your tastes. I personally didn't take to the bell chimes which you can remove. I am sure it will be a great blessing to many! Many thanks and God bless!

I had been through an extremely bad time which left me feeling anxious and alone but after experiencing the Live From Rest app, I started to feel much better. Each time I listened I felt the anxiety slowly lifting, it was as if my emotions were untangling. I felt the Lord's presence gently healing me. I am now feeling stronger and bolder.
