This app needs serious improvements. It needs to work even if you don't have cell service. There's no reason why the app can't store a photo and wait to upload it until there is network service. Multiple times today the app wouldn't let me submit the delivery photo and I had to contact support 9 times out of 30 deliveries. I would love finished an hour earlier if the app just worked as intended. Also, I was taken to the wrong address multiple times.

The application has a significant impact on battery life. Implementing a dark mode would be beneficial. Despite fully charging the device before use, the battery depletes rapidly due to the white screen and Night mode. It is understood that GPS usage contributes to battery consumption. To conserve battery life, I resort to turning off the screen during extended periods between stops. Additionally, I carry a backup battery for situations when the battery level becomes critically low.

January 16th, 2025 Update from my original review: To be fair and give credit where it's due, Veho has made significant advances, particularly with its app functionality. I haven't experienced a single crash in the last five or so routes I've driven this year—bravo! Additionally, regarding the Atlanta, operations have improved, and things are running much smoother overall. Unfortunately, low pay remains an issue when considering the time spent, travel, and gas.

Routes aren't worth the money mostly due to the unnecessary delays caused by their app freezing and going unresponsive. It hardly ever works correctly half of the time while on a route. There's nothing worse than standing in front of a customer's door for a long time because the app stops responding when you snap the pic despite force closing several times. This happens every time I go on a route to the point where I just don't even bother anymore.

Very poor paying routes. Keep an eye on the pay for the routes you take. I've caught them a few times changing the pay mid route or after the route was done. Had to call them out out on it. They won't show you how many stops you have until you check in. most likely because if you knew where exactly you were going or how many stops you were taking you wouldn't bother taking the route. Will also change your start time without warning even if you just got there and won't compensate. Shady company

When the app works the payout can be worth it. Dont like having to drive 30 min to the warehouse to sit in a line for another 30 min to an hour only to get kicked out of the app for not checking in in time even tho the app wont let you check in. Then you cant get in touch with support until you check in so if youre having trouble checking in you just won't get any help. Because the email choice to support doesnt help with app issues. Don't like the waste of time

It's the kind of app that can bring down entire delivery companies. Deliveries take at least twice as long because of this glitchy, lazylly-written app. It's extremely laggy and hangs or closes with no indications as to why. Be prepared to stand ackwardly in front of customers' houses for 5 to 15 minutes as they watch you struggle trying to get the app to scan and upload. It also heats up new flagship phones and eats battery faster than a charger can maintain. No other gig app does this.

while going back and forth with Google maps, one of the apps freezes. I have never seen this before. This app crashes more often than a monster truck crash derby. It adds like an extra hour to deliver packages due to the constant crashing. They are more worried about the look than the functionality. Most of the time, it takes forever to scan packages. Anything over 28 is something to be weary about. It sucks.
