Whew! My #1 issue with this app... I never get my notifications. They are all turned on on my phone and never do I get a notification saying the bill is low. Send me a notification so I can know the money is low. I'll take an email! What's the app good for if it don't help you out.

The app gives you an average estimation rather than a daily estimation which doesn't really make since when you're doing prepaid. My account kept emptying out faster than expected and I was extremely confused, the average estimation was what I assumed was that days payment amount but instead of paying 5 for that day like I expected I payed 9. This frustrates me and I feel like it's a minor thing that can easily be improved upon, unless I just haven't figured out how to fix it.

There is no reason so many ppl are having problems logging in. My power is out I'm in class and I can't log on. Do u guys no how incovencing that is. It's been like this since yesterday. This app needs a new updated or make a newer one cause this is ridiculous. This app would be perfect if it wasn't for this problem

Never works...there are times that my correct name and password don't work. I also have biometric accessible, but it never ask me for it most of the time.

Easy to use and a great time saver. No paper bill in the mail and I can check my statement or pay anytime day or night. Report outages. Anything.

I lliked it be for the update. Now it sucks. It is not payment friendly. I tried to pay 50.00 it took 21.00 Thin I tried 30.00 it took 44.00. Please change it back.
