horrible management. ban your account and dont allow login. they swallow your wallet balance without explanation. don't use this app and get scammed

So many people use autoclick, very difficult to work, gogovan team does not do anything because they don't care since they are making money, it is very bad that the clients always cancel last minute when we arrive to the pickup location and still gogovan just ask us to apply for oil subsity but they never give, 80% of the order have wrong address by the client and this does waste the time for us the drivers, gogovan team should do something about this because it is not good and it is bad.

Logged in to a blank screen & immediately logged out. I then carried on using the original app, although now without notifications, I have to manually check for orders. But today the original app can't even be used, a screen keep popping up prompting to use the new app which is not even usable. Please at least allow for the original, I'm already missing out on potential income

There is a problem with the app I cannot login and I cannot realise the order or take an order, hope you guys could solve this issue because I had some booking and the app had a problem where I cannot contact the client and I spend 1 hour calling different gogovan hotline numbers to solve the issue but still cannot login to the app even they did help to reset the password.

Under the order preferences, not sure of why the sedans and motor under the order preferences will disappear and i will not Recieve any notification for the up coming orders. This keep happening randomly during 9-10pm daily despite i have tick them back. Previously after the uodate there is no such problem, only since 04/09/2020 onwards having this problem.

This apps require a lot of data traffic, I use it for less than 5 hours and used 1GB of data traffic, once clicked on the orders with photo attachment, the data traffic is huge, can you do an auto resizing of the photo? Suggest to have an unlimited data plan if you are going to rely on the Drivers app every day

For the past 2 weeks my apps keep log out ... this make me can't see the job till I tag it then realised the apps already log out automatically . I try to reinstall so many times, worst after reinstall... totally can't see the job ! Worst ever experience!!!!!

The software developer here seriously need to go back to school to learn how to improve his skills & knowledge of developing & improving the app. All the updates & new version are always not improved they are infact always worse than earlier versions. Drivers do not install new versions , we are in fact using versions from 2021, they are alot better & stable. If GogoX can learn anything from here, save your money on paying these software developers , just tell them to go home.
