A Google user

We have been using Flexibuzz & it is great except didn't have a pretty picture like yours does. Except it operates better. We have just spent $ as a school putting in your app & it doesn't notify me. I have to tap on it to get notifications but my notifications allowed tick is on in the app. Not recommending this app. Flexibuzz also remembers user data so you don't have to type in for absences every time & it sends an email so you have record. But Schoolappsnz doesn't. Kind of a pain.....

Notifications do not come through, even if you have them set up. school had a fire the other day and nothing came through at the time. when I checked the next day, there had been 2x notifications sent but they never came to my phone. I have checked all settings on my phone and they should be showing.

App is flakey. When our school issues notices they are not always readable, presenting as blank white rectangle. Can only be read after restarting app several times. Not fit for purpose of issuing urgent messaging like covid or school lockdown events as can't rely on app to function consistently. Using it for this purpose may be our school's error rather than the app developer's fault. Found the apps our kindergartens used much more user friendly.

App was fantastic until latest update. Worked well for notifications and links to school sites. Now sends mutliple notifications (for same alert/ update), shows -ve # notifications in app icon. Links (view button) require mutiple attempts to open in browser. Often requires selecting school when opening from notifications or directly into app, with only one school conmected. Have uninstalled/ reinstalled. Looking at reviews this isn't an isolated issue.

Works well when it works. Recaptcha has failed all year, meaning I need to use browser rather than app. Update: have uninstalled, restarted ph, installed, still won't recognise login credentials despite them working on browser. No response to help request. Downgraded to 1 star.

This app is working well when you only use for one school. I have two kids in two different schools, both school use this app。I can only receive notifications from the schools currently logged in but not the other one. I don't know which school I should choose to stay logged in. It's worries me a lot. e.g. one of my children's schools had a power outage and informed parents to pick up their children early. But my login stayed at another school, so I missed the notification.

Rubbish. Too small to read so I have to open the letters. When I open a notification I just get a spinning loading icon. Nothing happens. When I close the app the spinny thing stays there. I have resorted to screen shots and zooming.

App keeps logging me out with Access denied. Just uninstalled and installed version 2.5.1 as per alert in the app. I can login but as soon as you try and view attendance or report the app logs me out with an error of access denied. This upgrade doesn't work.
