The UI is pretty bad, especially when coming from the qando app. You click on tickets there and have to select tickets again in the wienMobil app. Payment data is not remembered, has to be re-entered over and over again. Payment did not work. My payment app saud, it was successful, but the WienMobil App said an error occured and did not show a ticket! I had to buy a paper-ticket in addition! I'd uninstall immediately, but will wait to be able to prove I didn't get a ticket despite payment.

cool idea, bad execution. usually it helps me quite a lot with understanding my routes and making them as easy as possible, but the times on when the transport comes are SO far from reality and it always makes me so mad. because why does 1 minute sometimes mean 5 more minutes of wait and sometimes I go out when its 3 mins before the bus is coming and I see it driving off already?? I always end up missing them or waiting for them for too long. cant trust this app w the timing.

terrible app, instead of just buying a single ticket maybe once a lifetime you should fill all forms with addresses and so on. also email confirmation link returns 404, but actually confirms email. the app is very nunfriendly and buggy

They don't have any notification for expired monthly passes, so I couldn't buy a new one on time. It looks like they systematically encourage very expensive fine to make money. Plus, I once saw a tram driver showing think eyes against me. Horrible app and services! p.s. The reply was kind and warm but not helpful. Making a solution is better than any friendly message.

I cannot buy tickets with 2 passengers due to consistent error messages, but after reading an old review I realized that I need to purchase the ticket one after the other. Glad I figured it out, but it would be great if it could be more intuitive.

One of the worst apps I've used. For an international city like Vienna, it's unacceptable that key info is only in German. No clear guidance on airport transport, registration is a hassle, and they ask for too much personal data. Plus, the spammy emails won’t stop.

I made my last name 1 character when I joined, but the app will not let me buy a pass with that. So, I want to change my last name. But the app will not let me change that. So, I cannot buy a ticket. Useless.

Bought a 24h ticket on the website since the app didn't want to let me. Then I tried to log in to be able to display my ticket but it kept giving me a blank page saying Default backend 404. I just tried and it finally let me log in now. But by now the 24h ticket has already expired, obviously.
