This app is a masterclass in frustration. The 2FA is a nightmare, resetting the keyboard after every number with no option to copy and paste. It constantly logs you out "due to inactivity" even when you've just logged in. Plus, you can't view or switch between accounts, forcing you to use the desktop site just to check a mobile plan.

Can't login. "Unexpected server error" message. I'm unable to view my date usage. Even when I log in on a browser, I just get webmail options and every option I click just leads to a feedback loop to a set of settings and not my plan's usage info. And why is my last invoice all the way back in 2020. AFAIK, in still paying a monthly bill

App is completely broken. The moment you click sign in, it goes to a blank page and wont progress. Tapping the back button (Android OS' button, not the app) it tells me that i have to tap log out from within the app. Absolutely terrible app. Useless. I might have to consider a different ISP at this point. iiNet has been pretty useless to me at this point.

Came across from Telstra to iiNet, c'mon guys this app is unusable, same issue as everyone else, can't log in. Telstra App was easy and functional. I suggest you use some of the money I'm paying, find some "Cash strapped" Uni students and sling them some coin to make an app that works. Up your game iiNet, unacceptable for an internet provider to have such a hopeless platform.

After I upgraded to Android 13 oneUi 5, then the app started opening a blank page and would not load up. iinet you need you to upgrade your app to run on the latest version of Android, which is Android 13. The Error I am getting is Unexpected Server Response Please Try again later. This message comes up all the time when I trying to use the app.

After talking to IINET customer service for 45 min, I was informed that the reason I couldn't download my invoice was because they have removed that function from the app. I was informed that I needed to login via my web browser, therefore, making this app useless. If the service is there and already in place, why would the developers not take the advantage of utilising an app that works. All other functions work exactly the same as the login to the Internet.

Awful to use. No fingerprint/face authentication, slow, requires a username/password and security code just to open the app. On top of that, the app and website is not able to be accessed from overseas. So while iiNet provides international roaming, you can't monitor it! It's insane how bad this app is.

Absolute rubbish android app. Doesnt work. Uninstalled / reinstalled - nothing. Server error messages etc. Garbage. Unfortunately it seems all of these ISPs are all the same. If a decent company came along (like iinet once were) I am sure they would have a massive chunk of market share within a few months.
