SHELL ACCESS REQUIRED (Either via Shizuku or root)

This application aims to create a unified internet quick-settings tile, which is actually useful (I'm looking at you, Android 12). Next to this, separate Wi-Fi and mobile data tiles are also available if you just want to go back to the behavior of Android 11 or lower.

Tapping the new unified internet tile will simply toggle between Wi-Fi and mobile data, which is exactly what I want it to do most of the time. This reduces the amount of taps needed from 3 (tap tile, disable Wi-Fi, enable data) to just 1 quick tap. In situations where you still want more control, long pressing the tile will redirect you to the Wi-Fi settings.

Shell access is required to enable/disable Wi-Fi and mobile data, as well as for reading the SSID of the current Wi-Fi network. This can be granted using the Shizuku applicatioon (root not required) or root.

Great option, I don't have experience with advanced stuff and even I could follow the instructions step by step and carefully. Only thing is I get an alert 3 out of 5 or 6 times I press and hold on the mobile data tile to get to the settings to toggle it on and off, that the app has a bug and to try updating it once the developer fixes it. But it works fine 70% of the time, the only issue is sometimes the menu won't open but it opens after a couple more tries

I was pulling my hair out because I updated my current ROM to the latest security patch and they changed it and didn't give an option this time for separate tiles. Everything else was fine but I was seriously about to flash back to the previous build because I kept running into dead ends trying to run root and shell commands . I saw a post on XDA for this app and I have to say, thanks a million. You're one of the few that's restored yet another feature that was needlessly taken away. Awesome!!

Nice concept, really wanted this to work because I detest the new quick settings, but breaks once WiFi toggle is used because turning off WiFi disables WiFi debugging, so that stops Shizuku, which is required for the toggles to work. So then you have to go turn Wi-Fi on manually, re-enable WiFi debugging, then restart Shizuku again. Unless I'm missing something, but that's my experience on my Pixel 8 Pro on Android 14. I guess if you have root it's probably fine.

Don't bother if you cant root. I got a jp carrier phone that I can't root so I had to use shizuku to use this app. When shizuku is running the app works exactly as you'd think. But once shizuku stops (whenever you go off your wifi network) it ceases functioning. Then when you're back on your wifi you'll need to re-enable wireless debug and start shizuku back up.

I have been using it for a while and it seems quite handy but now recently it keeps getting disconnected and I have to connect again and again. On different wifi do I have to connect it again? Plus when I delete the app how to regain my original setting back cause the wifi and data tile is missing after deleting the app.

Thanks for helping us return this necessary feature. Whoever in Google removed this option was probably on some drugs, I cannot understand how could someone even come up with an idea to remove seperate buttons for wifi and mobile data and think it's good, it's vandalism.

Does what it says, needs root though. Very simple and efficient. I've faced one major issue that my device pixel 4a 5g would get extremely sluggish after a week and restart would fix it. I tried diagnosing and uninstalling this app helped. Haven't faced the issue in a month now. I was running latest stable android 13. Kindly look into it

App works, but keeps showing superuser notifications throughout the day, either when the app is given access or denied access, and even when using Shizuku. Is there a way to suppress the superuser requests? If I'm using Shizuku, why does the app keep requesting superuser rights? Edit: That worked! Out of curiosity, would it be possible to strictly enable either root or Shizuku access, ostensibly to circumvent the root access request entirely?
