Absolutely horrible! don't even bother. I booked a massage 3 days in advance for our last day on this app, showed up and they had no record of anything, said they're having lots of problems with the app and I "should have known" to book via the concierge. and of course, no appointments available. Way to ruin an otherwise nice stay.

Hotel isn't even on the app (occidental xcaret) after seeing this is an issue months ago I'm really disappointed. It doesn't tell you before downloading and installing the app and the hotel itself has no information in the rooms no welcome pack etc so it's as they've moved over to "modern technology" but abandoned the old school brochures and timetables in paper form before they've bothered leaving you with no information and endless trips to reception to be told stuff verbally

Hotel great. This app is less than average. Lots of information on the hotel but cannot login using room details therefore none of the booking or ordering functions are usable. App doesn't belong to the hotel so they can't help. Barcelo tell you to speak to hotel so also no help.

Very impressive Hotel so far. Probably the best hotel we've stayed in and we've stayed in a few. The first impression was impressive. The welcome friendly and efficient. The room massive, modern, well equipped, brilliant sea view and sunrise view. Had room service first night because we arrived early evening and the food was excellent. Can't wait to explore the hotel and surrounding area but all good so far.

horrible and much too loud animation. girl blaring into microphone at excessive loud levels in margarita. she couldnt sign but thought she could. even with windows closed we did not hear our TV. Unacceptable

Well supposed to be the same chain as barcelo, we last went to furtaventura to a barcelo hotel which was 10/10 and defo 5 *.but this hotel falls way down there are no themed food nights food pretty much the same apart from the odd change and service also very slow and not as helpful or polite, the hotel itself stinks of bad eggs ect from the drains everywhere even in your room when u been out all day. The room is very nice big TV but no channels. Overall I've stayed in better 2-3*hotels cheaper

It just freezes as soon as you open it. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing. Waste of time.

Can't login most of the time have to go to website. Everytime it launches it reverts to spanish language and I have to set it to English again. Not user friendly at all. Needs a complete redesign.
