KMS Hospital was established in august 1993 by a paediatrician and gynaec/obsttn couple with the aim of providing comprehensive mother and child care under one roof. The hospital registered exemplary growth year after year and is now the foremost high risk obstetric center with its most modern obstetric,gynae,neonatal and paediatric medical and surgical unit. Thereafter in the year 2002, a full fledged department of paediatric and neonatal surgery was added under the able guidance and headship of Prof. Dr. Sharad Chandra – a leading pediatric surgeon. This department now boots of two stalwarts of paediatric surgeon with the joining of Dr. D.D.Sinha.
