I cannot use the app for more than about 10 minutes as it heats up my phone really bad and my battery gets depleted quicker than normal. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that didn't help. I got a new phone and I'm still having a very hard time with the phone getting really hot while using the New York Post app.

For the last 4 months, the NYP awase Awesone with un-biased news coverage and with full access to each article. Now of today (08/13/2024) I can only read the lead-in summaries of ALL articles, and when I click to read the entire selected article I get a message that the article is unavailable and to try again !! What gives. Please respond.

Ridiculous update! All ads and nonsense bloat now. So long NY Post! Response to developer, 6/23/23: Actually, I was forced to update to the latest version and that is when the ridiculousness began. The old version that I had been using for years worked flawlessly. I stand by my original review. Thanks for playing the spin game, though! It figures since both the NYP and FOX News are owned by the same fools and both are spinning down the drain! Good times!

A fun read. I had actually been reading it for 6 months before I realized it was a right leaning publication. It's terrible that all our news has to be classified now. I actually just thought it was poking fun at the right, I was wrong, it's totally against the left, but it calls it editorials or opinion articles. I still enjoy reading the articles, my fav is the crime and strange news. I could absolutely care less about the politics!

Ridiculous Music from ads happens when I open a story to read music comes on it does not go away you cannot find the source I have to come out of the app and uninstall for the music to go off. I wait for 10 20 minutes then I reinstall try to read content the music comes back this is beyond annoying get it together people. Do better. Looks like this has been an issue for at least 6 months.

This app no longer works properly on my android phone. Very disappointed as I love the NY Post. Screen keeps freezing & app shuts down. ☹️ Thank you for the quick reply! I have installed the updated version as you have suggested. Hoping this works! 🙂 Update: Thank you! The app now works on my android phone. Very happy to be able to read the news on my phone. 😀

Previous versions were good, newest version glitchy and hard to use. Stories won't load, and there are constant errors when scolling down (if I open app and scroll numerous pages down and then go back to top I can get all the stories, but "notmal" use stops loadong after about 20 articles or so). Used to be 1st news app I read each day and finally decided to uninstall because too much hassle.

The pop up ads are extremely annoying, however the random music from ads that you can't shut off because you can't find them is unacceptable. Clearly I'm not the only one and it's been going on long enough for this to be fixed. I have also noticed recently that the stories don't match the article that I clicked on. Please fix these issues or I will uninstall.
