Cobalt Companion is a support tool for individuals on a low-cobalt diet. It presents cobalt data for over 400 foods from hundreds of national food studies and scientific articles, while taking serving size into consideration. Explore the food groups to see which foods are the highest and lowest in cobalt, or search for a food. Drill down into the data to understand how a food's cobalt content varies, and the reliability of the statistics for that food. Estimate your daily cobalt intake using the food journal. Works well for those with cobalt allergy. Easier to use than printed tables and calculating the cobalt intake by yourself, and it will be easy to show to my doctor what I've been eating since i keep track of every food. It doesn't have some foods, but it has the staples. That's enough for me. Remember this is only for people with diagnosed cobalt allergy.
