My all-time favorite clock app! A customized Sunclock widget has long occupied pride of place at the top of my home screen. As a photographer, I especially love seeing golden hours and blue sky moments bracketing sun-up times, as well as moon horizons. I keep all these and clock hands on my home screen, while the main app shows UTC time and daylight on the UN world map. Wish list! 1) Alarm based on, say, Civil Twilight (a.m.), with optional offset 2) Widget export to Google Watch face.

Enjoyed the app, it was nice, but latest update broke the widget. Uninstalled. Edit: widget disappeared from screen. It still registered as something (I couldn't place another widget in its place, that space was taken up) but it was just "transparent," nothing at all displayed. Edit#2: I gave it one more try, installed the app and this time the widget works! Really do like this clock a lot! Good clean design. ❤️ I just wish there didn't have to be so much fuss after an update.

A must for outdoor work, recreation, gardening, hunting, etc. For anyone who works outside, this app is more valuable than any other clock or schedule. How many times have I had to figure out when the daylight would be enough to start work, or when the dew might burn off, or when I needed to start packing up. Twighlight & moonlight really do make a difference. Suggestion: a daylight-centric alarm would be a plus.

Once customized, the widget looks great on the home screen for us astronomy geeks. But, it doesn't always track the correct time. I've found it as much as 15 minutes slow. To reset the proper time, you have to tap the widget, which brings up the entire sunset/sunrise app. Closing this resets the widget to the proper time. Other than this inconvenience, a five star app. Update - fast response from developer. Five stars.

I just learned that I can quickly move through a large part of the coming year by moving my finger up and down on the dial. It's quickly gives me the sunrise and sunset everyday and it's fun to use, and that includes the daylight savings time switch. I would probably give it a five if it showed the times of twilight and dusk like I get from another app. However the Compass function doesn't let me set my home base location.

Not what I expected but nicely done. I gave it 3 stars because in the pictures it shows the app can be used in the locked screen. That can't be done. Toy can take a screen shot an use that but the app itself can't be done. I don't want it as wallpaper in the background of my phone I want it on the locked screen like they showed. Worked well on my Samsung 8s. If it gets fixed I'll reinstall it.

Was just looking for a good looking analog clock with something more distinctive than funky graphics for my new moto x4. After 5 other install-disappointment-delete cycles, I was so much more than pleasantly surprised. Set to 24 hour mode, with all of the twilight settings enabled, it really gives you a good perspective on a day's time. Compass is also an awesome feature!
