Full of bugs. Doesn't even allow me to sign in. It froze in a loading loop. Before that, it wouldn't send me the login code, enither by email or sms. Usless, like the service itself. Never ever, in your life, for no reason, use Lebara in Switzerland! Worst service ever! The app only continues the horrific quality of service!

I can't even see my past usage or itemized charges on my account... Lebara's website says you can check all these things, but you can't. Half the app is Lebara ads. Lebara is garbage and will charge you for tiny bs you shouldn't get charged for, and then you can only pay in increments of 10 CHF. 0 customer service and they will charge you to call them after they don't respond to your online tickets. I cannot express my disdain enough.

URGENT- When I open the app appears blank page with YALLO . I cannot pay my bills nor visualize my data. Reinstalling did not solve this. Could you support?

This app has withdrawn the Twint support and no more i see the Twint as payment method, one more thing they somehow that you data plan has 40 GB but it will continue to shown 10 GB really bad ....

Incorrect information (mylebara) The most interresting feature is sometimes wrong and sometimes not even showing information; ie got a second world1 package allocated by the support staff cause they had troubles with some wrong sms; after the second active world1 package all visible packages disappeared in the app; so it seems like you got no world1 instead you have actually two of them; big bug, had same issue already 6months ago, texted the support, never bugfixed obviously

The app got much batter lately, now i can pay and overview my bills in the selfcare, also offers are more interesting. login still takes a bit of time, but hey so much improved already! thank you!

I had the worst experience with Lebara Suisse. I subscribed for 10 CHF/month, but they kept adding hidden charges I never agreed to. I got unexpected bills of 100 CHF and 80 CHF. Customer service promised help and said no reminder fees would be charged, but I still got a 30 CHF reminder fee. They are liars and scammers. I had to pay and cancel. I deeply regret subscribing. Lebara Suisse is dishonest — avoid them at all costs!

Over and over trying to top off so I can reactivate my plan. Continually I do so but it doesn't update the amount in my account. This is a real problem.
