Excellent customer service. I ran into an issue during my gameplay where my mine lagged out and I couldn't add any troops to it. After I put in a ticket via the settings it was fixed within a week. It took around 2 to 4 days for an initial email. But thats understandable with a single developer. Then after the first response didn't fix it, they communicated extremely effectively and turns out it was a problem on my end. Lol. So I was told how to fix it. I was going to rate this game 4, now a 5.

The perfect treadmill. There's always leaderboards to chase and never any regrets because you end up in better shape for it. This game is walk to win. You also need to do some maths in order to progress optimally. It is also possible to go bankrupt if you are ignorant. Supply and demand economy. There are price controls at the low end. But nothing to stop the high end. Your game experience will vary depending on how many players are in your area for resource competition.

I must say, this is the closest realistic city building I've ever played. Ads: so far I haven't seen any ad pop-up during gameplay. Gameplay: The game teaches you how to do the basics. It shows you how to build mines and creat and sell products from mines/factories. It's a bit low as you learn the gameplay, but it will be much faster once you've learn the basics of the game. Great game!

One of the best management games I've ever played. I've been playing for years and have enjoyed it all, about as far as you can get from pay to win, (you can of course if you really need) once you have an understanding of how the game is played progression is consistent. It can be played very seriously with spreadsheets and all but casual friendly as well. If your looking for a good fair management game look no further, a 10/10 recommendation

UI is total turn off but I give it a try anyway. After a while, it is quite fun. Some resource are very hard to get. you rarely find them out there understandable. This is why we trade. the "wanderer" mission. it is quite hard to complete. 1) distance not recorded when I pass thru high rise building or when internet connection unstable. 2) I wish resource can run in background for this. so I can do other things while walking.

Resources plays well, interface is good, community seems to be fairly cohesive. Except that there are two serious QA related issues: twice a year due to the time change Resources won't run, and now has a serious bug that crashes the Resources client when attempting to run it. Bugs happen but this is badly maintained software. Its now been 24 hours since the bad build and no news or fix.

So far, I've had an exceptionally great time in this game. I do believe some things, like max levels for buildings or repercussions for failing a quest could be improved upon or even given a more in-depth explanation for beginners. The "Happiness" function still eludes me in this game, much like real life. Edit: The further invested into the game you are, the more dull it becomes as the costs and demands keep increasing. I recommend OrnaRPG instead of this.

It's amazing! ONCE I FINALLY GET INTO THE GAME!!! I am always having trouble when I have to re-log into the game with my Google account, but it never works even though it has always worked in the past. The game says there's something wrong on MY end, but I know that can't be true since I have used that same account for many other apps in the past. Please fix this bug before I lose all my factories... again.
