The app was perfect before, very simple and mainly QUICK to use, even on my fairly slow phone I could see everything I needed almost immediately after opening the app. But this new update just made it horrible, it's much harder to use in a hurry, having to go through multiple useless steps just to get a very hard to understand timetable, if you won't change anything else, at least revert to the line being on the left symbol first, and the time to arrival on the left, without the "in", and bigger

The app user interface is a case study of botched design. Clutter clutter clutter. Impossible to navigate. Furthermore, information presented is often incorrect, arrival and departure times are inaccurate. When lines are deviated for different reasons this app does not show this. The TPG had an excellent app with a simple and easy interface which they decided to 'upgrade'. The rating of this app should have caused the TPG to think. Congratulations : 1.4 avg note. And the answer is get used to it

The app sucks. No way to get to the bus stop by search. It finds it, but when I tap the stop, it puts me back to resent list. No way to see further departures for the whole day. Interface in general cumbersome and not friendly. It would take hours to list all flaws. Worst, they discontinued old app wich was much better! I afraid to imagine how much money they spent on this garbage, no surprise tpg always complains about financial issues.

Two stars for the ability to add a specific bus stop to home screen. But the real-time GPS tracking is wrong all the time. A bus can depart 5 mins earlier than the GPS-based prediction and you waste 30 mins at night (e.g. Bus No. 5 & 11). Bus 11 even departs earlier than the schedules time from its first stop, Jardin Botanique. Impressive how bad a transport system can be, but not too surprising for Geneva class.

First time ever reviewing an app, because of how bad this new update is. I've been using the new version since it was mistakenly pushed to the store, and still haven't gotten used to it. The UX is a disaster: more presses, convoluted, wrong info etc. It just doesn't make sense. You have a rush of people complaining about the same exact problems. It would seem like it's a real problem and not just a "you'll get used to it"

USER EXPERIENCE DISASTER. I rarely leave comments about apps, but this new version is almost unusable. You squeezed too many features and the result is that I'm not even able to do simple tasks like checking the bus arriving at a specific stop or managing bookmarks. From a SW Dev perspective, I understand the need to update the codebase, but please make a new update that simplifies the BASIC NEED: easily check the real-time info about a specific stop.

Updating with more feedback: 1. Bus times are not accurate (num 9, num 1 particularly noticable during the snowy day) 2. Previously when you looked at the map of a bus stop, it would list the bus line and the direction (e.g. num 9, lignon tours). This way you would know exactly where to go to find a bus. 3. The favorites are harder to read. Previously they just listed the name of the stop. Now the list of bus lines and all of their colors makes it harder to find your desired favorite.

Old UI was not very intuitive and the app itself was clunky, but usable overall to get time tables, waiting times, routes & transport updates (which is what people usually use this app for since everyone's got a Google maps equivalent). This new update made me un-install it all together. It's remarkable they actually paid someone to make shittier maps for semi-privatised "public" transportation that only covers the GE area & doesn't even include personalised mobility needs like accessibility
