It's a pretty good app they got good prices .The delivery drivers are also very nice .But I feel like the app could atleast allow me to type in my location instead of choosing on the map because my location is not on the map my street is not on the map. I hope they can upgrade it to allow people to ALSO type in the delivery location/address

Confusing Mess, It leaves me trusting in the staff and driver to get to me without anyway for me to track it all. I minimised the app and came back to see the progress on my order and no...nothing. The order sits in past orders and says "collection" (I chose delivery), but in the order says delivery. This app fails at the fundamental thing it's designed for, from start to finish.

What a complete waste. Placed an order via the app, but when arriving at the store, staff asked for a slip. How?! Even after showing them the order confirmation notification, we still had to repeat the entire order and the special requests were also completely ignored. There is absolutely no point in even using this app.

App has a few glitches, it is especially annoying trying to search for an item as it has predictive typing or something which makes it nearly impossible. Secondly, this app is more expensive than uber eats for deliveries. If you want to pick-up then the app is cheaper. I see no reason to really use this app over ubereats besides ordering to pickup but then again, you can also just call to place an order.

This app is very bad, needs alot of work. Extremely slow response and load time. Changes the address on its own and when trying to input address without location on, you cant. When select an item it takes so long by the time you have moved on to the next item thinking it has recorded, it hasn't. Pizza are 💯 but the app is giving hungry lion calibre, 2nd best vibes.

Not the best app for ordering food for delivery, maybe for collection. Order pizza and waited more than a hour and still ended up phoning the branch about when they would deliver. Sounded like they forgot my order was for delivery. The pizza arrived cold. Do not use the Roman's app for delivery.
