Rabbit is the first micro-mobility company in Egypt and North Africa. Flag-shipped with our unique electric scooters and electric powered bikes, we aim to change the way people commute and we’re still expanding to much more.No more getting stuck in traffic or driving around to find a parking spot, unlock a Rabbit and hop away.
HOW TO START YOUR RIDE:
Download the app, sign up, add your preferred payment method and get ready to feel the freedom!
- Find a nearby Rabbit vehicle on the map.
- Scan the QR code or enter the scooter ID to unlock the vehicle.
- Push with your foot to get going, use the throttle button to accelerate
- Enjoy the ride.
HOW TO END YOUR RIDE:
- Find a safe area within any of the green zones to park the vehicle, flick the kickstand back down.
- If the vehicle has a lock attached to it, find a bike rack or a post and tie the lock around it, then close down the lock.
- Open the Rabbit app and tap 'End Ride'.
- Enjoy your day!
NEED TO KEEP THE VEHICLE FOR A LITTLE LONGER?
- You can rent your personal vehicle (2 days minimum), and we'll deliver it to your door!
- Open the Rabbit app, select 'Day Rentals'.
- Select your personal vehicle type; an e-scooter or an e-bike.
- Select your preferred plan, type in your address and select the delivery date.
- Once we confirm your order, we'll deliver the vehicle to you.
- Enjoy your own Rabbit!

Useful to a low percentage of users and mostly for recreation, not transport, mainly due to its small operational area. If being used to get to work, one MUST live a few to several streets away, where resorting to go on foot is plausible. Prices are a more or less relative issue compared to that. Also the Electric bike option doesn't seem available in unlock and go.

Worst experience I've ever had with any application. Customer service level is rubbish. Scooter was stuck and ride didn't start and kept charging me and I couldn't end the ride. I had to wait for 40 minutes next to it untill they responded. and they responded like it was a normal thing no even one single word of apology. I wish I could speak to the responsible of this level of customer experience, but even that they refused to do. Waste of time.

UX needs some improvements. The maps navigation is so buggy, slow in response and auto adjusts every second, also the refresh icon is a bit misleading as it just gets you the nearest vehicle (irrelevant to what a refresh means). The QR capture doesn't give a clear indication that the capture has succeded. The How To Ride menu is not very smooth to navigate through. Also, the app in overall is very laggy.
Learn English with someone
The worse app ever. I took a two minutes ride and when I locked the scooter around one of the streets lights bars; the app refused to end ride and kept counting for over 60 minutes. Now they are charging 189 Egyptian pounds for 2 good minutes.

Worst experience first to decrease the speed when I'm on the road and second having an issue with the lock and bottom line you just wanted ro keep making money but Guess what you're losing cxs that way
