UI could use refinement, but that is a minor gripe. The app overall is solid, love that the routines have video demonstrations for the exercise used. On top of that you there is a very large library of short demonstrations of almost every workout you could think of! A great app that could do with minor refinements though i do live the vintage internet feel. Also the colours remind me of the sanford king-sized permanent marker so nostalgia points there 😁

The information are great as everything from Stew Smith, but the way the daily training is presented and written makes it almost incomprehensible, please use bullets to separate exercises and make it readable. Compare the free week to the other weeks, and you will see the difference. Please fix as the app when fixed would be a great one. I paid $29 to be able to view the workouts and now it seems like lost money!!!!

Trained pretty much my all life, anything from martial arts to soccer to swimming, triathlon, ultramarathons, long hikes and looked at few apps but this Navy Seals one with the recorded video explanation for correct execution of exercises is just the best, simple and effective.

If you need a workout or something to do for the day that you are working out on. Or if you need a guide to make a pull up look good. Then Stew Smith's app is a good choice. When you do workout be sure to focus on the workout it's self more than keeping your eyes on a screen.

It's not necessarily the exercises because you look up what they are. What's REALLY frustrating is that they are poorly written out on the schedule plans. When you want to follow these workouts, you find yourself frustrated at the format and spacing of the words. it may tell you something like 5 sets run 1 miles - repeat Repeat 5 times 5 min scissor kicks it's like what do you want me to repeat? The run or 5 min scissor kicks? Seems lazily typed like this was a quick cash grab.Waste of Money

REALLY GREAT!!! Iwould give more stars if possible. I need a good PT for my profession so the quality of my training is a question of health (and life) of me and my client. This app is easy to work with, effective and doesn't need 3 hours a day. Stew definitely knows the stuff! Btw: there is more from him (also high quality products.) Thank you Stew for sharing! You will never know how many people you helped...

Bought the first week through the forth and i open it and all it is, is a bunch of workout i never heard of. theres not even any spaces between the workouts. No chart showing the kind if workout. Total waste of 4 bucks.

I would give this 5 stars. It seems like it has gotten smaller since I first purchased it. This has alot of interesting exercises. I guess I'll give it 5 stars. I don't really utilize it. Why is this free now? Pretty sure it cost years ago
