This mobile app is for the safety of women. Women can use its features to alert police in case of any threat.The app will allow the victim to send a distress message via SMS to the Centralised Police Control Room (CRCR). CPCR can see victim’s location on a map using GPS data transmitted from the mobile phone and can forward the information to appropriate PCR Car / SMO etc. for prompt action.
Besides the main SOS button the app has 4 more options namely - Dial 100 Police Service. Dial 108 Ambulance Service and reporting any incidence of Domestic Violence or Child Marriage.
