Excellent 1. Exercise examples (shows you what to do) 2. Countdown for start, countdown for exercise from 5-4-3-2-1 3. It's a good motivator 4. You do abs exercises you wouldnt normally do 5. Timings of exercises and rest period can be changed in settings 6. Support is very responsive The overall usability and user experience is great, well worth the money and an excellent way to motivate yourself. (App had a bug as a result of android update (this has been fixed and works well)

Love this app again. Developers have been amazing. Was using this all the time, then with the android updates, it failed. Contacted the developers and they issued a full refund, even after 6 months. As soon as the app was fixed they emailed and told me, and it's working faultlessly again, slightly less of a beer belly, here I come

Fab little app. I am only beginning on my weighloss journey and this is brilliant because it shows you how to do each exercise. So handy to do at home in the mornings or before bed. Downloaded the app which didnt work at the beginning however the developer was straight on it and had it working within two days!! thank you!!

Good but a bit lacking in parts, the interface is pretty poor and could do with an update. Like having a structured schedule, the app just had exercsises not great anf keeps on trying to sell supplements then providing utility.

used to be ok. now won't start. keeps crashing on my new phone . looks like a few people have that problem on newer phones. I'll change my review when the issue is fixed. but lack of recent replies isn't giving me much hope
