This app is so annoying. I've been trying to connect my band with my phone. But whenever i open this app, it automatically shuts down in 1 or 2 seconds, showing runs exception time. I don't know how to fix this. Could you fix this so that i can use my band in a correct way? I've already uninstalled and installed like 20 times and also re-started my phone. And tried the reset network settings as work. Nothing is working.

Pathetic App: It only worked on first day and once I turned off the Bluetooth it got disconnected. Since then I have been trying it for more than a week to connect but every time it is connecting & disconnecting and at last it is not connected. Apart from that I found below issues. 1. Can't setup the alarm. It always gives error saying please set for time more than 3 min. 2. The app / watch doesn't keep track of previous days steps. 3. Sleep monitor doesn't show sleep / awake time.

Utter disappointment! The steps (and sleep info) are getting tracked for the day and then this data is lost the subsequent day. Facing all the issues which the previous reviews have mentioned, high level of vibration, repetitive notifications, etc. It is less than a week since I had this watch and app, I am already upset with it. The watch and app needs to be in sync, please fix it ASAP. I will not recommend this watch and app to anyone.

connecting watch to app is so annoying, it doesn't show the device at all. u need to turn on and off Bluetooth 6,7 times. it took me 10 min to connect and its not a one time thing u need to do it every day. not user friendly. The worst thing is it doesn't show correct time and date unless its connected to mobile. Thats the worst feature. THe sos alert doesn't work at all. The brightness of watch is soo dim u cant even see it in outdoor.

Very bad. The app and watch was perfectly working after purchase. Due to some reason, I had to turn off my Bluetooth and obviously the watch got disconnected. However, Upon turning ON the Bluetooth the watch was not getting connected. Despite all efforts, the message in the app shows - connecting and then disconnected. It is frustrating. A price of around 4000 is too much for such disgusting product.

Unable to pair. Bluetooth just keeps on scanning for device but didn't find the device. Restarted device but didn't work. App is complicated to understand. Also, while tapping help or any other feature of the app, it dosen't open that specifically required feature. Every time incorrect date and time is shown in the device and can't sync with the app. Update feature not working.

I am using the device snice february 2020. And I experienced lots of problem with this device. It have connectivity issue, the app is not working properly sometime while I open the app it doesn't show any data like alerts, alaram, steps count, goals etc. The device battery backup is only 1-2 days and company says 7 days. It's not sync real-time data. My device is helix gusto I am not satisfied with the performance of device in such a big brand. I think many cheap brand perform well.

It's an abysmal product. It doesn't pair the watch half the time. The notification feature doesn't work and at times it shows that the watch is connected when it's clearly not. If there are any other finness band in the vicinity then those show up in the bluetooth pairing section instead of their own watch. It Randomly gets disconnected and then reconnecting is a different headache. And I deleted the app and reinstalled it and now I am not able to login into it.
