Loss of Login: for the second time in a week can't login. Doesn't recognise credentials. First time I thought me, tried to use 'forgotten password', nothing. Only to be ok 24 hours later. Now gone again. maybe not so much the add as can't login to web page either. So really a loss to site. big issue when trying to check funds, check timetable, check messages. By the way, loss of access is a data breach under the DPA18... are they going to report themselves, I'm guessing not.

All of a sudden after being able to log in for months, its decided that my saved log in details are incorrect. Click "forgotten password" which is supposed to send an email so I can reset the password but I've done this 8 times and not received it, checked all folders including spam, and nothing. The self help section advises go to the website & log in, still didnt work. How can I top up accounts/pay for trips without logging in to this silly app. Really helpful

The worst! It doesn't remember login details but even more annoying, it doesn't remember card details either! I had 6 revision books to buy. I couldn't add multiple purchases to a basket. Each had to be bought separately with the card details tapped in individually too. It took an hour and I lost track of which ones I'd bought. I probably have duplicates because the system is so terrible and I can't find any sort of record or receipt. I'm so upset my children's school have swapped to this junk.

Woeful app that simply hasn't been yested properly. When setting up, have to scroll through a calendar a month at a time to verify each child's name because the interface won't let you type in the date of birth. Doesn't work with any password manager/biometrics, so you have to fill in details every time. UI is unintuitive and unreliable, the back button often doesn't work for example. It feels like this was written by an intern and not tested. Simply not fit for purpose, all recent reviews poor.

This has got to be one of the worst apps I've used. The user interface is awful, booking clubs is painful and doesn't make a lot of sense (many steps to complete = poor user experience), booking parents evening was a joke because it was impossible to see what slots were available and then couldn't see what was booked. Everything is so complicated or missing e.g. I can't easily see payments/statements. Surely that's a basic requirement?? Poor. Do not recommend!

Genuinely awful app. Can't even cache a login. It's just a badly made 135 MB (yes really!) website skin which offers very little other than being able to see messages from the school away from a browser. Those messages have a character limit was well so you can't ask send anything complex, and they aren't threaded so you have no idea which replies are associated with which message. Did anyone bother writing a specification for the dev team? Or think to do any testing? Must try harder.

Where do I start, having used edulink which was so much better laid out and easy to use. Arbor you have to log in every time it doesn't remember you which is time consuming and as a parent time is precious. Its hard to navigate around the site. It would be easier if everything had a icon and you pressed that to reach what you want. to log into each child is also very confusing and often wants you to log in again. This is the worst school app I've ever used and would not recommend it.

The messaging feature of the app is ridiculous and support are not very helpful. When receiving a message notification on the phone and tapping on it, you have to select the school, enter the password, login, select the messaging menu and then select the new message... What a complete waste of time...I just want to read the message with a single tap like a normal messaging system! No option to stay logged in, no biometric login and no automatic navigation to the message when you have logged in.
