Mawarid app is the official application of Mawarid Manpower Solutions Company which offers different human resource solutions for different professional levels and from several countries for its clients in the individual and business sectors. Through this app, the company clients will be able to use Mawarid services easily and conveniently through their smart devices. The app will provide Mawarid clients with the following solutions:

Mawarid business sector solutions:-
- Manpower solutions (providing human resource services for entry level careers)
- Expertise solutions (providing human resource services for specialists and mid-level careers)
- Managerial solutions (providing the human resource services for managers and high-level careers)

Very bad app. Money gets deducted from the bank, and then the app fails. It shows no orders. You will lose your money and they will do nothing about it. Customer Service is awful. Too many bugs and errors in the app. User experience is pathetic. Keeps showing 404 errors.

Great app that was turned into a disaster. It used to work perfectly and allowed you to reschedule and select the workers you prefer. Now you can schedule for a very limited number of times and you can't select the worker so you're left with their choice and you have to teach her every time. That's not to mention that there's a high level of inconsistency between the workers, so it's down to your luck. I won't be renewing again that's for sure. You lost a very loyal client.

Unlike some other good apps, this one doesn't share any details about the cleaner that you booked. Also, on the app there's no button for (my orders). And you don't have the option on the app to reschedule (coz there's no "my orders" option to begin with), AND you can't have access to customer service before 9 AM, so if God forbid you have an emergency the day of the service (morning service), and you can't have the cleaner that day, you can't talk to anyone, and the cleaner STILL shows up!

Very very bad customer service, they don't respond to emails, they don't answer the phone, you can't contact them almost at all. I was on hold for about half an hour (twice, and they charged me money while I was on hold) and then they hanged up on me. When I finally got a hold of someone, he was sleepy, bored and very unhelpful. You can't get a refund if there is a problem, you can't solve any sort of problem because they won't answer, and they don't care. They don't even care about the reviews

Very very bad app they steal your money from you. They come to your house sometimes at 8am sometimes 8.45am they apparently give you 15 minutes to answer the phone if you don't they leave and do not refund your money. They don't tell you this when you book and I was in the shower in the morning we have 100 things to do I missed there call I came out and rang them they did not send me anyone and there customers service do not answer the phone or WhatsApp. Well we have plenty of apps to go to maid

App has issue!!! We paid whatever app showed in the system 477-23 vat= 500sar for 6 visits. Then it shows additional something more must be paid also under the title of "remaining amount" ! Do you keep going to add amount?! Fix the app very well please. Its also keep geting frozen while entering location.
